"Personalization came out wrong"
I’m a little confused because my order had the name spelled correctly, but the item showed up with it misspelled. To make it more confusing, the email says one thing while the actual personalization says another. Disappointing since that was the main reason I ordered it.

"Pretty happy with the quality"
I ordered a hoodie and a hat from armedforcesgear.com, and they both looked just like the photos when they showed up. The material felt nicer than I was expecting, and the stitching looked clean too
I’m going with 4 stars only because the hoodie fits a little snug, but overall the quality is solid and I’d definitely order from them again

"Totally threw off my plans"
I was hoping to quickly find a design and move on with my project, but the options were so limited and felt outdated. I couldn’t find anything I actually liked, so it kind of ruined my plans for getting everything done that day

"Definitely not my go-to for gifts"
I was trying to find something for my dad, and I’m 100% convinced this is more the kind of stuff you buy for yourself than for someone else. The sizing info confused me, and there didn’t seem to be much in the way of gift options or adding a note, which made it feel even less giftable. Some of the designs are fine, no question, but it just didn’t feel special enough for a present. If the person is picking it out themselves, I’m sure it’s probably okay, but for gifting? Absolutely not my first choice

My order arrived in this flimsy bag with barely any padding at all. The shirt was fine, but the hat box was crushed and the patch was bent, so it definitely didn’t feel like anyone cared how it showed up. i feel kind of stupid for trusting them to pack it properly, especially with what they charge for shipping. It really seemed like they just threw everything in there and hoped for the best. I won’t be ordering gifts from here again.

"Branch details felt kinda off"
I ordered the Navy shirt, and when it showed up, it just didn’t look quite right to me. The colors and the wording felt a little off compared to the real branch stuff I’ve seen around.
Maybe that’s not a big deal to everybody, but I got it because I wanted that military look, so yeah, that part mattered to me.
Overall, it just wasn’t really worth it for me. I probably wouldn’t order another one.

"Kind of confirmed what I expected"
I was hoping I’d end up liking the patriotic shirts more, but they were a little too loud for me. I already had a feeling the designs might be busy, and once I saw them, that was pretty much confirmed. A few of the shirts are fine, but most looked a bit cheap and just not really my style.

I don’t know, the whole refund thing just felt way more stressful than it needed to be. It took ages, and the replies were really slow, so I kept feeling like I had to follow up just to get anywhere. Left a bad impression honestly

The return experience was really frustrating. It felt way harder than it should have been, and I didn’t get the kind of help or clear answers I expected. If a company sells a product, they need to take responsibility when customers need to return something and make the process straightforward

"Not a ton of options from what I saw"
I checked out armedforcesgear.com hoping there’d be a good mix of stuff, but at least from what I clicked through, the selection felt kind of limited. It seemed like a lot of similar shirts and hats, and I didn’t really come across much that felt different or unique.
Maybe I missed some sections or there’s more if you dig around longer, but I got bored quickly. The sizes and styles didn’t seem super broad either, so for me it wasn’t really a site I felt like spending much time on

"Shipping felt unusually expensive"
I ordered a couple of small items from armedforcesgear.com, and the products themselves were fine. Nothing showed up damaged or weird, so I don’t really have a complaint about the actual stuff I bought.
What threw me off was the shipping cost. For such small items, it felt way higher than it should’ve been, almost like they were making up extra money there instead of just charging normal shipping. By the time I got to checkout, the total was more than I expected, and it definitely makes me think twice about ordering from them again.

I placed my order and the tracking showed up after a couple days, which was fine, but the updates were hit or miss. i already had a feeling the delivery would be slow, and this kind of confirmed it for me. My stuff did arrive in good shape, so no real issue there, but it definitely took longer than I expected.

I tried to place an order, but the checkout process was so frustrating. I had everything in my cart, entered my shipping info, and then the page just kept freezing like it couldn’t make up its mind.
What really bothered me was the total changing twice after that. It felt like the goalposts kept moving, and I had to keep going back to double-check what I was actually paying for. That’s not exactly comforting when you’re about to enter your card details.
I ended up giving up and not ordering at all. The products might be great, but the checkout experience needs some serious work before I’d feel comfortable trying again.

"Photos were totally misleading"
I’m annoyed. The pictures made it look like I was getting one thing, but what showed up was completely different. It felt like they promised a certain look and then just didn’t deliver at all

I reached out hoping they’d actually help me sort things out, but it felt like they just brushed me off. Compared to other companies I’ve dealt with, the support here was disappointing and didn’t feel helpful at all...

The shirt fit fine and shipping was normal, but the print didn’t really hold up like I expected. After a few washes, it started fading and cracking a little. I reached out hoping for some kind of help or at least a real response, but it kind of felt like I was being ignored. It’s not the worst shirt, but for the price, I was hoping for better.

Every time I check, my size is somehow always out of stock. I’m sure it’s just a coincidence, but yeah, it’s getting a little frustrating. Would be nice to actually be able to buy the thing.

I ordered this because, you know, the description made it sound like exactly what I needed, but when it showed up, it was kind of different from what was listed. The size wasn’t what I expected, and the material also didn’t really match the description. I mean, it’s not the worst thing ever or anything, but it’s just not what I thought I was paying for.
